For those of you that think Snookers (Tucking Up) is boring, here's your chance to prove you can Pot & Clear-Up !!

Sunday 10th May, 1pm Rileys Wealdstone, Pool Tournament - No snookers or Rileys rules
4 tables on freeplay, £10 entry, cash prizes for winner and runner-up, All matches best of 9 frames but GIRLS only need to win 1 frame. Final best of 13 frames
If you are not familiar with Rileys rules which is a hybrid of EPA and World rules, then play 'No snookers' pool which is the same as normal EPA pool but you cannot snooker your opponent, and if you do so by accident it's a foul.

The current Champions Rifle Volunteer were made to work for their win v Fox & Hounds. In a match full of mistakes by both teams, Rifle fought back from 3-1 down, before Mick Ferguson beat Jim Herbert in the final frame for a 5-4 win. Title favourites Verulam Gold were also 4-4 v Badger, as Rob
Alletto won the final frame against fellow Secretary Shane Humphrey. Rileys Bucks remain in 2nd place with a 6-3 win v Champions Yellows (Ritchie Keane 3-5). Basement Club Rileys Wanderers almost had their first win of the campaign, however Paul Groves beat Steve Brewer for a 4-5 victory. The Bells up & down season continued as they lost 6-3 at home v Sportsman (Mike Hall 2-5).

Team Rifle look the team to beat after a rosounding 7-2 victory v WWCC 'B' (Terry Greenland 2-5). WWCC Captain Andy Nicholls & Team Rifle Secretary battling it out at the top of the Hot-Shots, both 8&1. Although second bottom of the table & losing again 5-4 v Dick Whittington Utd, Verulam
Monkey's Andy Jarvis is an impressive joint second in the Hot-Shots 7&1. This match was another to go the distance this week as League Chairman Tom Clancy (4-5) won the final frame v Mick Fenner. One Crown Jewells are still pushing for top-flight pool after a being taken to 4-4 v newcomers Holly Bush. Mario Antunes (4-5) defeating Rupert Godber in the final frame (is Godber related to the 'Bear' ?). Also pushing for promotion, Verulam beat Mangans 5-4 (Malcolom Pulman 3-5). William Morris LC won the 'Political' battle v WW  CC 'A', the Labour Club thrashing the Conservative Club 7-2 (Chris Burton 5-2).

Happy Mondays remain title favourites after a 9-0 walk-over v Grapevine. Happy Mondays Captain Paul Souster said "He heard it through his mobile" that they only had 4 players. Rileys Raiders beat The Odds 5-4, another final frame match (Joe Perrin 4-5). Breakespeare stay in the promotion hunt thanks to their Secretary 'Tav' v BMRBL Legends. It was battle of the Paul's in the final frame, with Tavinor (4-5) beating Taylor. BMRBL also remain in contention after a 5-4 win v All Bar One (Keith Barrett 2-5).
